    3. What’s Covered

    Labour Warranty – 1 Year

All Punk PC builds include a 1-year labour warranty, covering everything related to physically assembling your system, including:

    • Installation of internal hardware

    • Cable management and airflow optimisation

    • BIOS configuration

    • Initial operating system and driver setup (if purchased)

This warranty ensures your PC has been built properly and operates as intended from the start.

    Parts Warranty – 3 Years

All components supplied and installed by Punk PC are covered for three years against manufacturing defects and failure under normal usage. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will help identify the issue and, where appropriate, replace the component or assist in claiming the manufacturer’s warranty.

    4. Important Conditions – Don’t Open the Case

To keep your labour warranty valid, please do not open or modify your PC unless we ask you to. Unauthorised disassembly, hardware changes, cable rerouting or other modifications will void the labour portion of your warranty. This helps us ensure that your PC remains in the condition we delivered it.

    5. Shipping and Returns

    Warranty Returns

If your system needs to come back to us for warranty repair:

    • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the PC to Punk PC.

    • We will cover the cost of shipping it back to you once repairs are complete.

    • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

    Keep Your Original Packaging

We advise all customers to keep the original box and protective inserts used to ship your PC. This packaging is specifically designed to protect your system during transit. If you no longer have it, please contact us — we can provide replacement packaging for a small fee.

If your PC is returned in inadequate packaging and is damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility for the damage, and any repair may not be covered under warranty.

    6. Data Responsibility

Please ensure you back up any important data before sending your PC to us for warranty repair. While we take every care when handling your machine, we cannot be held responsible for data loss during testing, diagnostics or repairs.

    7. Liquid Cooling Systems

If you’ve opted for liquid cooling, most Punk PC builds use closed-loop (AIO) liquid cooling systems. These are covered directly under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help you process any valid claims if needed.

If you request a custom liquid cooling loop, we’ll set up a bespoke agreement with you before the build starts. Custom loops are not covered under our standard warranty and may require periodic maintenance.

    8. Warranty Transfer

Warranties are not transferable to new owners. If your PC is a gift, please provide the intended recipient’s name and email address at the time of purchase so we can register them as the original owner.

    9. How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your Punk PC and believe it may be covered under warranty, please get in touch via our support page or email us directly. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and, if necessary, arrange the next steps.

Please have your order number, serial number and a clear description of the issue ready when you contact us.
