Terms and Conditions of Use for Punk PC

Last Updated: 1st February 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Punk PC’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) – the rules of the road for using our website punkpc.com and any services we offer. By accessing or using our site, you’re agreeing to play by these rules. Don’t like them? Feel free to close the tab.

2. Using Our Website

We’ve got some basic ground rules if you want to hang out here:

  • Keep It Legal: Use our site responsibly and follow all laws and regulations. Don’t try any shady business here.
  • Don’t Be That Person: No viruses, worms, or other nasty stuff. Trying to wreck our site is just sad – get a hobby.
  • Access Is a Privilege: We can block or limit your access to parts (or all) of the site whenever we feel like it. Deal with it.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site – text, logos, images, downloads, the works – is ours or belongs to someone we’ve got an agreement with. You don’t get to rip it off, copy it, or remix it without our written OK. Punk PC isn’t here to hand out freebies.

4. Links and Third-Party Content

Yeah, we might link to other sites, like tools or services we think are cool. But once you leave our site, you’re on your own. We’re not responsible for what those sites do, their dodgy policies, or their bad taste in design.

5. Limitation of Liability

Let’s be real: the internet isn’t perfect, and neither is our website. Use it at your own risk. We’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or existential crises that might come from using (or not being able to use) our site or anything on it.

6. Indemnification

If you mess up (e.g., misuse the site, break the rules, or do something illegal), you agree to cover our backs. That means paying for any claims, losses, or legal fees we have to deal with because of your actions.

7. Governing Law

We’re based in England, and so are these Terms. If you’ve got beef, it’ll be handled under English law in English courts. Simple as that.

8. Updates to These Terms

Things change, and so might these Terms. When they do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Keep checking back if you’re into that sort of thing. Still using the site after changes? That means you’re cool with it.

9. Contact Us

Got questions? Complaints? A weird need to praise us? Whatever it is, send it to legal@punkpc.com.
